Dinas Pariwisata DKI tengah mempertimbangkan untuk melakukan ketentuan menggembok celana dalam (CD) maupun rok cewek pekerja panti pijat. Cara ini dipandang bisa menghapus citra buruk panti pijat sebagai sarang esek-esek atau ajang bisnis prostitusi terselubung.
